Isaiah 40:29 says," He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak." The vision of this ministry is to help people to have strength in spirit and the body. Our mission statement is to have a Christian Gym whereby people can come to the understanding that it is not only the body that needs strength but also the spirit. Our main purpose is to help people to look on the cross daily and can find salvation in Jesus Christ.
